Notes:
- Pin number is counted with keyboard up, from left to right
- Debug messages appear at pin 9 at 112KBaud when in debug mode
- Pin 8 sources over 100mA
- Phone enters debug mode when pin 7 is tied to +5V at power-up
- Pin 6 is high when calling.
- Connect pin 5 and 3 to GND to enable external mike and speaker
- Pin 1 has a very small signal (10 mV)
- All signals seem to be at 5V logic
- Most debug messages are text. Like "CB ok!" etc
- Debug messages are trailed by 0x0A, 0x0D
- Power-up means removal of battery, reconnection of battery, depressure of NO.
